Vinh Ta is our Program Director, being recognized as a hospitality professional with 28 years of experience in coordinating international travel tours. Under her role as a Deputy General Director for BenThanh Tourist, she has successfully helped the company become one of the top three travel agencies in Vietnam with key achievements, such as arranging the first charter flight for incentive groups from Vietnam to Jeju, Korea and organizing flights for big groups to Bali, Dubai and Thailand. Besides, she has coordinated services for Vietnam companies to attend trade shows and exhibitions in Europe, USA, Japan, China, etc. 

She is also a founder cum Chief Executive Officer of Viet Lotus Travel in Ho Chi Minh city, where she mainly provides consultation for tourism, trading, investment, and healthcare industries.

Mr. Tran Huynh Nguyen is a tourism expert. With more than 20 years of experience working in the field of travel and tourism, he has held many positions while working at Ben Thanh tourism company:

Domestic and international inbound - outbound tour guide.

Head of Retail Department, has practical experience in business, operations, after-sales, tour design, Marketing, air tickets, visas... participates in building processes and regulations according to ISO 9001 standards: 2015.

Secretary to the General Director, has practical experience in building processes, regulations, rules... in company operations

Hold the position of Secretary of the Board of Directors and Person in charge of corporate governance

Currently, he is holding the position of Sales Director of Tatinta Tourism Company.

He has brought his rich knowledge and practical experience in the travel and tourism market, and his love for the profession, into teaching at schools at Gia Dinh University, SaigonTech College, Binh Minh Saigon College, University of Studied by Nguyen Tat Thanh.

Thu Nguyen is our Regional Manager – North America cum FYT Program Director of Legacy Communication services, with a strong background in Human Resources and Event Planning. With 08 years of professional experience, she has demonstrated expertise in project management, customer experience and organizational development. 

Graduating with a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University Canada West in British Columbia, Canada, Thu has also honed her skills in business development and leadership. Throughout her career, she has held roles such as Senior Consultant at Deloitte and Branding & Engagement Team Lead at Shinhan Finance, where she successfully led numerous corporate events and cross-department projects as well as recognized as excellent performance in delivering effective engagement and communication initiatives.

Dang Ho is our IT and Network Security Manager, with a 10-year experience in the IT field, including developing and managing IT infrastructure systems, Database management, CRM and Business applications. Moreover, he has 7 consecutive years working for a security solutions distributor, Trend Micro, in Vietnam, where he managed and supported individual customers in the APAC region. In 2015, Dang challenged himself by studying comprehensively about Digital Marketing and expanded his scopes in developing this field until now.

Dang is currently working as an IT manager for BenThanh Tourist and also running his own IT firm to provide IT solutions for different businesses in HCMC.

Dang Ho's customer portfolio belongs to various industries, such as food and beverage, tourism, automobile, industrial manufacturing, and finance. Some of his well-known clients include 

Robin Pham is FYT Coordinator in Canada and North America. Have been working for 3 years as a Finance/Sales manager for Pioneer Chrysler group in Vancouver where he successfully signed up hundreds of customers for their vehicle financing, submitted hundreds vehicle finance contracts to the bank for funding, and efficiently acquired over 50 new clients per month. By using the company's customer database, high rise CRM system and cold calling approach, Robin demonstrated strong selling, customer service and administrative support skills.

Graduated from the Architectural Technology advanced diploma program and worked as assistant in the Architectural field for a few years, he developed knowledge about house design and interior decoration. With such lifestyle related knowledge and background, especially with his strong passion and knowledge about car brands, Robin can efficiently coordinate FYT projects in Canada and North America and assist in delivering FYT bespoke services

"Tu Linh is Business Development & CRM Executive of FYT. Throughout her 6 years’ career Linh has been developing her skills and expertise in business development, CRM, HR and event support. As a CEO assistant for ATIM since 2020, she has well performed HR admin related tasks, actively participating in numerous industry research, educational and marketing events such as ""From Studying Abroad to Successfully Settle in Canada"" , ""Expanding North America and ASEAN markets in food and agriculture products"". Linh has been closely working with Hepza Business Association (HBA), assisting in HBA’s various programs and events such as worker benefits programs, Tet events, HBA Golf Open Championship 2023, and HBA 20th years anniversary. 

Linh graduated from bachelor program of National University, University of Social Sciences and Humanities in 2012 and obtained Certificate in Human Resources Administration in 2023"

For over 4 years, My Loc has been running “Vin2tay” sustainable fashion store with the objectives of reducing fashion waste and contributing to improving poverty. With Vin2tay, My Loc has assisted thousands of clients clearing their wardrobe, adding new fashionable clothes without increasing waste and contributing to hundreds of charity trips. She traveled with young kind-hearted teams of the District 10 Church, where she is a member, to poor and very poor regions such as Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai, Binh Thuan , Phan Thiet, etc, giving thousands of gift packages, organizing music shows and delivering personal development coaching programs for poor children and poor families. 

My Loc graduated from HUTECH University with the Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management. Before running Vin2tay, My Loc had over 3-year work experience in a famous SPA and Beauty Care Clinic in District 10 – HCMC. 

In her new role as a Coordinator of FYT Bespoke services, Sustainable fashion and Philanthropic programs, My Loc would contribute to the achievement of FYT vision “preserving the legacies and developing young successors teams around the globe for a prosperous and sustainable future”. "
