Time of delivery and receipt

  • The order will be delivered in accordance with the terms of the contract or within 24 hours after being received and processed.
  • It is anticipated that clients in remote provinces will receive their orders within 3 to 5 days of placing them. The delivery date, however, is subject to change based on a variety of factors, including weather and item condition.
  • Delivery time is measured starting when the consultant completes the order and ending when the goods are delivered.

Mode of delivery

  • Use the delivery service if your clients are in distant provinces.
  • Use delivery service if you're a customer in an inner city or suburb.
  • Determine who is responsible for delivering goods documentation during the delivery process: traders and logistics service providers.
  • Upon request, buyers and sellers must receive proof of goods delivery (picture and consignee signature) from the logistics service provider.

Policy for goods inspection

  • You have the right to ask the delivery personnel to open the products so you can inspect them when you receive them.
  • You have the option to return items to the seller unpaid if you place an order and they arrive as the incorrect item.
  • If the purchase is incorrect and you paid in advance, you can either get a full refund or have a fresh order delivered exactly as you requested.
