Especially for Ho Chi Minh City – the land once named Saigon, which witnessed the sacred historical moment when the liberation army tank crashed through the gate of the Independence Palace at noon on April 30, 1975 – this day is not only a historical milestone, but also a symbol of the aspiration for peace, independence and territorial integrity.
